Hello, my name is Mary Waring & I am the founder and Managing Director of Mary Waring Associates Ltd.

Mary Waring Associates was set up in response to the number of people I met who voiced a desire to acquire a residential buy to let portfolio but did not know how to start.
There were many reasons noted but they all tended to fall into one of the following:

• lack of knowledge
• lack of time
• lack of interest to spend the time or to acquire the knowledge.

Mary Waring Associated addresses these issues in that we spend the time and then present you with the solution. We liaise with all other professional services within the process and provide whatever assistance is required.

The whole process is designed for those who want to build a property portfolio but do not have the time or experience to do it themselves, and do not have the time to manage the property themselves. Mary Waring Associates provides a full integrated service.

My experience for this:
