• Instructing letting agents to find suitable tenants

• Advising on specialist landlord insurance, including insurance to cover loss of rent due to default by a tenant

This service has been set up to significantly limit the time you, as an investor, have to dedicate to the project.

The process is designed to be “hands off.” Certain meetings are scheduled at certain stages of the process, at the end of which decisions are required. The full monetary implications will be explained at each stage.
