How much will it cost?
A fee of £5,000 will be charged, which in a number of cases may be self funding.
As an example, imagine that through our negotiation skills we achieve a reduction in the property price of £5,000 greater than you could have achieved on your own.
This would mean that in effect you have received our service at no cost to yourself.
There will be an initial no obligation discussion. If both parties decide to go ahead, a signing on fee of £1,000 will be required. The balance will be due on completion of contracts.
What does my fee cover?
Mary Waring Associates will provide the following benefits:
- The ability to acquire a buy to let property with very little time input. The ideal is to view between 1-3 properties and agree they meet all criteria previously discussed.
- The whole process is set out in distinct stages and key decisions are required by the client at 2 separate stages. Full financial implications are available at each decision stage.
- The ability to benefit from the Company’s negotiating skills and to acquire the property at the best price
- The ability to benefit from reduced tenant finding fees & reduced maintenance fees
- The ability to benefit from the Company’s relationship with local estate agents. Properties are often available through us before they are marketed on the open market.
